At My Public School, we encourage students to gain knowledge and explore new things not just within the four walls but also beyond them. We believe that excursions are a perfect way to expand one’s horizons. So to explore their knowledge an educational trip was organised on Tuesday i.e. 20 December 2022 under the aegis of Heritage Club. Where students were taken to Ashok Stambh (Martyrs Memorial) as part of the Veer Gatha Project to spread information about the acts of bravery and the life stories of Gallantry Award winners. They were shown the State Freedom Fighters Museum in order to disseminate the details of acts of bravery and the life stories of these brave hearts among the students. After that students were taken to Hindi Book Museum at Chaudhary Charan Singh University under the aegis of the Literary Club. As 21 February is observed as Mother Tongue Day, keeping this axiom in mind, students visited the museum where saw many effigies of Hindi writers and poets and gained information about the compositions written by them. Overall it was an enriching, enjoyable, and memorable trip for our students accompanied by their class teachers along with the school PTI Mr. Suresh Kumar. We are thankful to our Principal Ms. Sangeeta Rekhi for organizing such educational excursions which help our students to grasp concepts through visual learning. Students thoroughly enjoyed the visit. It was indeed a visual treat for all of them.
