Teaching teachers to teach is a complex procedure but once done it can translate a vision into reality and prepare humanistic and cogitative teachers and improve the quality of education.
Teachers need to be a facilitators and thinking professionals empowered to recognize and value what children learn from their home, social and cultural environment.
Keeping this thought of NCTE in mind MY Public School focused on training to the teachers as directed by the CBSE throughout the year. As a result, our teachers did 5 mandatory workshops conducted by CBSE as well as workshops conducted via DIKSHA platform. Total no. of 235 training has been attended by our teachers in 2020-21.
We are sure that these well-structured and methodical trainings will go a long way in recognizing and removing any gaps in the knowledge of the subject content and help in realizing a constructive approach to the teachers learning process.
